No problem at all! We're happy to support websites hosted with other providers. To effectively manage and maintain your website, we may require access to your hosting environment. This allows us to fully carry out necessary updates, optimizations, and security measures.
What are plugin and theme updates?
Wordpress, themes, and plugins require regular updates in order to ensure their functionality and security. Updates include added features, bug fixes, and security patches. Ensuring that updates are done on a constant basis ensures your website is free from exploits happening.
What do you include in content updates?
Content updates involve changes to the existing content of a website, including elements like images, text, and blog posts. However, they do not include graphic design, SEO, or custom web development tasks.
How soon do you complete the content updates?
We can do most changes within 4 days. If you need something the same day, we just need to know ahead of time to plan ahead.
What if I need more than 1 hour of edits per month?
If you require additional content updates beyond the monthly allowance, you have the option to request extra updates. These additional updates will be billed at a rate of $65 per hour.
Why would I need Daily Backups?
Backups are copies of your website data that can be used to restore your site should any issues come up. It is important to have a backup of your site to ensure that you can recover from any issues, incompatibilities, or exploits that may have occurred. Backups are stored for 30 days and can be restored quickly.
